I specialize in guiding teenagers and young adults through difficult life and relationship transitions, navigating the effects of trauma and PTSD, and managing anxiety. My goal is to help you find a sense of balance and reconnect with your inner strength, so you can live more authentically and feel empowered in your daily life.
My intention is to hold space for whatever thoughts or emotions arise, meeting you with compassion and without judgment. I draw on integrative approaches such as parts work and humanistic exploration to support clients in deepening their self-understanding and cultivating greater self-empathy. With a Master’s in Transpersonal Psychology, I also welcome the exploration of not just mental and emotional well-being, but the spiritual and whole Self—offering a space where all dimensions of your experience are honored.
